These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of linkbuildingmarket.place (the “Marketplace”, “we”, “us”). By using the Marketplace you agree to these Terms.

01Acceptance of terms
By registering for, accessing, or using the Marketplace, you confirm that you can form a binding contract and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use the Marketplace on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you are authorised to bind that organisation.
02The service
The Marketplace lets you search vetted publisher websites, review SEO metrics, and order link placements — including link insertions, guest posts, listicles, and PR publications. Metrics are provided for guidance and may be sourced from third parties; we do not guarantee their accuracy, ranking impact, or traffic outcomes.
03Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.
04Placements & approvals
- You review and pre-approve each placement before it is charged or published. Nothing goes live without your approval.
- You are responsible for the target URLs, anchor text, and any content or materials you submit.
- Delivery timelines shown per placement are estimates. Some publishers offer fast delivery (up to 3 days); others take longer.
- Publishers retain editorial discretion and may decline content that breaches their guidelines. If a placement cannot be fulfilled, we will offer a replacement or a credit.
05Pricing & payment
Prices are shown per placement before you approve them and start from $20 for link insertions. You may fund a project balance and spend it across placements. Payments are processed by third-party providers (e.g. card processors, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay). You are responsible for any applicable taxes. Prices may change, but changes do not affect orders already approved.
06Refunds
Because placements involve third-party publishers and work performed on your behalf, fees are generally non-refundable once a placement is live. Where a placement is not delivered as described, we will provide a replacement or account credit at our discretion. Contact support to raise an issue.
07Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Marketplace to:
- promote illegal, infringing, deceptive, or harmful content;
- submit malware, or attempt to disrupt, probe, or reverse-engineer the service;
- misrepresent your identity or the destination of a link;
- violate the guidelines of publishers or search engines in a way that exposes us or them to liability.
We may suspend or remove content or accounts that breach these Terms.
08Third-party publishers
Placements are published on independent third-party websites that we do not own or control. We are not responsible for their content, availability, or ongoing editorial decisions, including if a publisher later edits or removes a page.
09Intellectual property
The Marketplace, its software, and its branding are owned by us or our licensors. You retain ownership of the content and materials you submit, and you grant us and the relevant publishers a licence to use them solely to fulfil your orders.
10Disclaimers
The Marketplace is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant specific SEO results, rankings, indexation, or traffic. Metrics and estimates are informational only.
11Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Marketplace is limited to the amounts you paid to us for the placements giving rise to the claim in the 3 months before the event.
12Termination
You may stop using the Marketplace at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or where required by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (e.g. payment, IP, disclaimers, liability) will continue to apply.
13Governing law & changes
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at our place of establishment, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new “Last updated” date, and continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
